A ring of faceted crystal set into an iron frame, lit from behind by an integrated LED: the Crystal Halo throws small points of refracted light around the edge of the fixture while the centre stays a soft, even panel. The remote handles both brightness and colour temperature, switching between warm, neutral and cool white, which is more useful in a bedroom than any single setting: warm in the evening, neutral for getting dressed, cool for cleaning. Dimming is smooth rather than stepped, so the room can be set low without going dark. Keep the remote somewhere obvious; it is the only control.
Construction is iron and acrylic with the crystal ring on the outer edge, in black, gold or white. The LED is integrated and energy efficient, so there is no bulb to change and the fitting should be treated as a unit. It suits bedrooms, living rooms and dining areas.
